Welcome to USA Radio Rentals (also operating as USA Radio Ltd., "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of usaradiorentals.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Rentals are governed by a separate agreement

The Site provides information and lets you request a quote. It is not itself a rental contract. Any equipment rental is governed by the separate rental agreement and accompanying paperwork you sign with us, which control matters such as pricing, deposits, payment, equipment care, loss or damage, returns, and liability. Quotes are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing and the rental paperwork is completed.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content except as permitted below.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — are owned by or licensed to USA Radio Rentals and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names and trademarks of others (such as Motorola) belong to their respective owners.

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or become outdated. Equipment availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of quote.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability

This Site limitation does not change the terms of any signed rental agreement, which governs liability for the rental itself.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Radio Rentals from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
